Andrew Kabugu is the founding and senior partner at the firm and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been called to the Bar in 2019. He holds an LLB from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

His practice focuses on litigation and commercial dispute resolution, with experience spanning civil litigation, public law, intellectual property, labour law, insolvency, tax, and environmental law. He is also well-versed in international law, alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, and debt recovery. As the firm’s founding and senior partner, Andrew provides strategic leadership and plays a central role in shaping the firm’s legal practice, litigation strategy, and commitment to delivering effective solutions for clients.
